This privacy policy describes how Dervaniq SAS (hereafter "Dervaniq", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to dervaniq.com and of its prospects, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Dervaniq SAS, 15 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France, registered at the Paris Commercial Register under number 892 410 392. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at [email protected].

2. Data collected

We only collect data that is strictly necessary: first name, last name, business email address, job title, organisation, the content of our exchanges, and anonymised browsing data (truncated IP address, pages viewed, device).

3. Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed to reply to your information requests (pre-contractual measures), send you our monthly briefing (consent), improve our website (legitimate interest, audience measurement) and comply with our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

4. Recipients

Your data is only accessible to authorised members of our team and to our processors located within the European Union: OVHcloud (hosting, France), Brevo (email delivery, France), Matomo Cloud (audience measurement, Germany). No transfer takes place outside the EU.

5. Retention periods

Prospect data is kept for three years from the last contact. Contractual data is kept for ten years in accordance with French legal obligations. Analytics cookies are kept for a maximum of thirteen months.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can exercise them by contacting [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

7. Security

Dervaniq applies security measures aligned with ANSSI recommendations: TLS 1.3 encryption, SecNumCloud hosting, multi-factor authentication, access logging and annual audits.
